decisions, decisions.

So the Superbowl happened.  Then, oddly enough, I found that my current chapter of bedtime reading: How We Decide by Jonah Lehrer concerned the 2002 Superbowl.  It was a little much.  I don’t care for football.  I mean, it’s fine; I don’t mind it.  I just don’t get it.  The Superbowl is okay cause it’s a big deal.  I usually like big deals.  Maybe I’m uninterested because my team is the Kansas City Chiefs…ouch.  Anyways the book is pretty good so far.  I saw the author on BookTV and he seemed cool.  He uses neuroscience to determine how/why we make decisions, and how in understanding the process we may be able to decide better.  Also, he’s a pretty hot nerd:

OOH LA LA!

I am really horrible at making decisions so I’m hoping his methods will be of use to me.

In fashion news, I recently purchased a silence + noise faux leather bomber jacket from Urban Outfitters.  When worn, I feel like a badass.  This is good as I am rather small in stature and tend to be mistaken for a younger/more innocent person than I am.  I have edge dammit, and I will display it via the outlet of fashionable vegan wear.  It was more than I would have liked to pay for it, since it’s not even real leather, but I have little T-Rex arms so it’s hard to find sleeves that are short enough.  When paired with deep red lipstick, such as Revlon’s “Stay Currant,” I am ready to kick ass & take names.  Or at least look like I am going to do so.
